Smuggling in the South Hams

This blog was originally started as a university dissertation I completed for a Masters in Geography on smuggling around the South Hams (Devon, England).  It is updated intermittently, but please feel free to post on any topic on the site.

  2. Hello, I am going to do my Masters dissertation on smuggling in Devon and Cornwall during the late 18th century and early 19th, however i am looking from a legal perspective as my Masters is in Legal History. I was wondering if i could pick your brains about how you went about your dissertation? hope this doesnt sound too cheeky! Just thought you might have a few hints and tips for me! I would really appreciate it if you could email, right now i am feeling very overwhelmed with it all!
    Kind regards.

  3. Hi Katherine – just wondered how you were getting on with everything, extraordinarily keen as you are! where are you at with it all?
